ABOUT SARAH WILLEMAN
Sarah holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Education from Stanford University and an M.F.A. in Fiction Writing from NYU, where she taught Creative Writing. At Stanford, she earned a Certificate of Distinction in teaching Psychology One, as a discussion leader and writing instructor. She founded the Writing Center at The Governor’s Academy, staffed with AP English students to tutor their peers. Her work has appeared in The Concord Review, Practical Horseman, Sidelines, Show Circuit, and CAST’s Bookbuilder Project and Google Literacy Project, among other places. She won the Stanford undergraduate fiction prize and the Concord Review’s Ralph Waldo Emerson Prize.
