The new year is a wonderful time for intention-setting. As we enter 2022, many of us could use a little extra support. We are navigating challenging times, which can create moments of overwhelm as well as profound experiences of our own capacity for resilience and insight. Through hardship, we can deepen our sense of trust that the sun is still there, even when clouds cover the sky. It may not be easy, but anytime we’re pushed to develop our inner resources, what we learn will continue to serve us for the rest of our lives.
